Hello everyone and Welcome to my new Blog!

Ok, here goes… I am new to this blogging thing so any suggests would be great on what to talk about on here.

Basically I am starting this blog to let everyone know a little about me.I am 44 years old and live in the midwest. I am happily married and have 3 great kids. I work for a localmeat packing plant during the day and at night I spend time with my family, work on my garage that I built myself with alittle help from some friends and family, and work on my e-commerce site http://www.candleparade.com

I am very into green energy. I spend alot of time researching it. Last  year I added an outside boiler to my house and love it. Ya don’t know how great of a feeling that was to shut the gas valve off.  This year I want to work on getting a small windmill up to charge 12 volt batteries and then convert that to 110 volts AC. Eventually my goal is to eliminate the utility bills. Gas company you are gone, Electric company , look out, you are next. I looked into solar energy as well, but man is that expesive for what ya get. its seems to me that wind is cheaper and the wind blows at night too, hmmmm, maybe a combo of both, we will see.
